What does WhatsApp Chatbot mean in practice?
A WhatsApp chatbot runs on the official WhatsApp Business API and handles incoming chats on your business number automatically. Simple versions are keyword or menu bots ('Reply 1 for menu'); advanced versions are AI chatbots that understand free-form questions and complete tasks.
