Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Dvaarik AI, we want you to be fully satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided for subscription payments. By subscribing to Dvaarik AI, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.

This policy applies to all subscription payments made through our platform via Razorpay (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets).

2. Pilot Program (Limited & Approval-Based)

Dvaarik AI does NOT offer a default free trial. All subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Business, and Add-ons) are paid from day one.

We operate a limited Pilot Program under which selected qualifying businesses may receive 30 days of free service. Admission is discretionary and subject to approval. The following terms apply:

  • Admission to the Pilot Program is by written application only. Submit your application via our Pilot page at dvaarik.com/pilot.
  • Admission is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion without reason.
  • Pilot participants agree to provide periodic feedback to Dvaarik and may be asked to be featured as a public case study if outcomes are positive. Participation in a case study is optional.
  • No credit card or payment information is collected at the start of the Pilot. A valid payment method is required to continue service after the 30-day pilot ends.
  • If you choose not to continue after the Pilot, no action is required and no charges will apply.
  • Dvaarik reserves the right to terminate any Pilot participation for abuse, fraudulent activity, or repeated violation of the Terms of Service.

3. Subscription Refunds

Once you subscribe to a Dvaarik AI paid plan, the following refund tiers apply based on when the refund is requested relative to your payment date:

If your refund request falls after the 30-day window, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period and will not auto-renew if you cancel. You will continue to have full access to all features during this time.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you may contact us through any of the following channels:

  • Email: Send your refund request to hello@dvaarik.com with your registered business name and phone number.
  • WhatsApp: Message us at +91 93923 98750 with your refund request.
  • Dashboard: Submit a refund request directly from the billing section of your Dvaarik AI dashboard.

Please include the following information in your refund request: your registered business name, phone number, date of payment, and reason for the refund request.

5. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method used for the subscription (UPI account, credit/debit card, or bank account).
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. In some cases, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • You will receive a confirmation email and/or WhatsApp notification once the refund has been initiated.

6. Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

  • Platform Abuse: If your account was terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service, including spam, fraud, or other prohibited activities.
  • Multiple Pilot Accounts: If you created multiple accounts to exploit the Pilot Program offer, all associated accounts may be terminated without refund.
  • Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or card provider instead of contacting us directly, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and suspend your account.
  • Third-Party Fees: Payment gateway processing fees charged by Razorpay or your bank are non-refundable.
