Public partner rate card · Updated 4 Aug 2026

Voice AI reseller pricing with your margin built in.

Dvaarik's public partner card has no platform fee or setup fee. You pay ₹1.50/min on Essential, ₹2/min on Standard, ₹3/min on Studio HD, or ₹3.75/min on Premium, then set your own resale price. Phone channels and the Social Plan each cost ₹1,000/month.

What do you pay before client one?

The public partner voice-rate table states the key row directly: you pay ₹1.50 per minute on Essential, ₹2 on Standard, ₹3 on Studio HD and ₹3.75 on Premium, with whole-minute billing.

What are the public wholesale voice rates?

You pay the published rate for the voice grade used on a call. The suggested sell column comes from Dvaarik's August 2026 partner playbook; it is a planning example, not a required client price. Voice is billed in whole minutes, rounded up.

The voice-grade table compares partner cost, suggested sell price, and example spread for each published grade.

What do channels, social and chat cost a partner?

Recurring charges apply only to the client surfaces that need them. A phone channel is capacity, not a phone-number count: one ₹1,000/month channel includes up to three numbers but handles one call at a time.

ItemYou paySuggested sellHow it works
Business setup₹0₹50,000–1,00,000You configure the client and keep 100% of any setup fee you charge.
Phone number + 1 concurrent channel₹1,000/mo₹1,200–1,500/moIncludes up to 3 numbers. One channel means one simultaneous call.
Extra concurrent channel₹1,000/mo₹1,200–1,500/moAdds capacity for one more simultaneous call.
Social Plan₹1,000/mo₹1,300–2,000/moActivates WhatsApp, Instagram and campaigns for 30 days.
AI-handled chat conversation₹1₹2–3Your client's own WhatsApp Business account pays Meta directly.
Human call transfer₹1/min₹1.50–2/minRequires 2 phone channels because both call legs remain live.

The channel table separates recurring capacity from message charges: one ₹1,000 monthly phone channel includes up to three numbers and one concurrent call, while WhatsApp and Instagram require the Social Plan.

WhatsApp requires the client's own WhatsApp Business account and an active Social Plan. Meta bills messaging to that client account directly; Dvaarik adds no message markup. Instagram also requires the Social Plan.

What does one Standard client's margin look like?

At 3,000 whole billed minutes on Standard, the example partner pays ₹8,000/month across voice, one phone channel and the Social Plan. At the suggested sell figures, the client bill is about ₹15,500/month, leaving about ₹7,500/month before the partner's own operating costs.

The partner margin illustration is not guaranteed income. The console reports notional margin; you invoice the client yourself and account for sales, support and other agency costs.

Monthly total₹8,000₹15,500₹7,500

The worked Standard example totals ₹8,000 in partner cost and ₹15,500 in example client charges, leaving a ₹7,500 example spread before operating costs; the console reports notional margin, not guaranteed income.

Setup economics are separate.

Dvaarik charges ₹0 to create the client business. The August 2026 partner playbook uses ₹50,000–1,00,000 as the India agency market context for setup work. You choose your own fee and keep 100% of it; the amount depends on your configuration, integration, training and support scope.

How does this compare with public market anchors?

Market pricing is not directly comparable unless you separate platform fees, voice usage, telephony and white-label rights. These are dated reads of live vendor pages, included as context rather than promises about future pricing.

Two of those four publish a price. The other two describe the model and stop, which is the norm in this market rather than the exception — and the reason every rate on this page is stated outright instead of quoted on request.

India

Agni's own cost guide stated roughly ₹2–12/min all-in plus a platform subscription from ₹2,999/month.

What should you check before setting client prices?

Choose a voice grade for each client use case.

Estimate whole billed minutes, not call count alone.

Add channels for the simultaneous-call capacity required.

Price your onboarding, support and integration work separately.

What do partners ask about billing and margins?

No. The partner console has a ₹0 setup fee and no monthly platform fee. You fund usage with prepaid credits and buy phone channels or the 30-day Social Plan only when a client needs them.

Voice calls are billed in whole minutes, rounded up. A call lasting 40 seconds uses one minute, and a call lasting 61 seconds uses two minutes. The applicable rate depends on the named voice grade.

Yes. Your console has a price book for the four partner-resellable Bharat grades. The wholesale rate is the floor, and you can set a higher resale price for each grade.

No. The console records notional margin from the rate difference, but you invoice and collect from clients outside the platform. Credit allocation does not move real money between separate client wallets.

No. Partner top-ups are fee-free, start at ₹500, and prepaid credits do not expire. When the shared partner wallet reaches zero, all client activity pauses without creating debt.

No. Partner signup is free and self-serve, but the wallet starts at ₹0. Add prepaid credit before using voice, chat, phone channels or social features.

Clients on your white-label domain see your brand, not Dvaarik. If the comparison still comes up, the honest answer works: Dvaarik direct at ₹2/min is self-serve — the business configures and runs everything itself. Your price includes what you add on top: setup, script tuning, campaign management, and a person they can reach. Do-it-yourself and done-for-you are different products, and publishing both prices keeps that difference honest rather than hidden.
