White-label AI receptionist platform · Updated 4 Aug 2026
Put your brand on the AI receptionist.
A white label AI receptionist platform lets agencies sell branded voice and messaging automation without building the infrastructure. Dvaarik costs ₹0 to join and ₹0/month as a platform fee; partner voice starts at ₹1.50/min, with public wholesale rates, your own resale price and one multi-client console.

What do white-label AI receptionist platforms charge?
Public entry fees vary sharply. We read each linked vendor page on 4 Aug 2026; “not published” means the live page did not expose a usable figure. Currency, inclusions and billing models differ, so this is a procurement starting point rather than a claim of like-for-like cost.

How does the fee math change at 1, 5 and 20 clients?
The worked white-label illustration gives every client 3,000 Standard minutes and one phone channel. As a partner you pay ₹2/min on the Standard grade plus ₹1,000/month for the channel. The example resale is ₹4/min plus ₹3,500/month. It excludes taxes, support labour and any setup fee you choose to keep.
| Clients | Minutes/month | Partner cost | Example resale | Gross spread |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 3,000 | ₹8,000 | ₹15,500 | ₹7,500 |
| 5 | 15,000 | ₹40,000 | ₹77,500 | ₹37,500 |
| 20 | 60,000 | ₹1,60,000 | ₹3,10,000 | ₹1,50,000 |
The scale table's key row is the 20-client example: the partner cost is driven by whole-minute voice usage and one channel per client, while the shown spread is an example rather than guaranteed income. Voice is billed in whole minutes, rounded up. Prepaid credits do not expire.
Which channels can an agency resell?
Sell inbound or outbound voice, an AI phone receptionist, web voice, WhatsApp automation, Instagram comment-to-DM and DM agents, web chat, booking, payments and lead workflows. A phone number plus one concurrent channel costs partners ₹1,000/month and includes up to three +91 numbers with one simultaneous call.
What are the honest limits?
Phone numbers are +91 today, while web voice, WhatsApp, Instagram and the widget can serve clients globally. A custom domain needs DNS plus an operations step and usually takes about a day. OTP login messages use Dvaarik's shared sender. New partner accounts default to 25 clients and 5 concurrent calls.

Every line below was read on that vendor's own live page on 6 August 2026. We have not paraphrased anything into quotation marks, and where a page states no price we record that rather than guess.
“Wholesale pricing with flexibility to set your own retail rates”
“Buy at wholesale and bill clients at whatever you choose. The spread — and the recurring revenue — is yours”
“white label AI receptionist solutions typically operate on subscription models ranging from a few hundred to a few thousand dollars per month, depending on call volume and feature requirements”
“Charge your client whatever you like... the margin is yours”
“$300 one-time setup fee”
“Migration guide: prepare for the removal of reselling on September 15, 2026”
The pattern across those pages is the reason this one publishes a full rate card. Four of the six explain what an agency should expect to pay without stating what they themselves charge. Dvaarik's partner rates — ₹1.50 to ₹3.75 a minute by voice grade, ₹1,000 a month per concurrent channel, ₹1,000 a month for the Social Plan, ₹1 a chat conversation, ₹0 setup and ₹0 monthly platform fee — are on one public page, and the full audit of who publishes what is in the platform pricing index.
Quick answers for evaluators
The short versions of the questions agencies compare platforms on — each one complete on its own.
What does a white-label AI receptionist platform cost on Dvaarik?
Zero setup fee and zero monthly platform fee. Partners pay usage only: voice from ₹1.50 per minute wholesale on the Essential grade, ₹1,000 per month per concurrent phone channel, ₹1,000 per month for the Social Plan, and ₹1 per chat conversation — prepaid from one wallet, with fee-free top-ups from ₹500.
How fast can an agency start selling?
Partner signup is self-serve and instant — phone number, WhatsApp OTP, PIN, no approval gate. An agency can create its first client business the same day. The custom white-label domain is the slow step: a DNS record plus an operations step, usually about a day.
What margin do agencies make reselling AI voice?
Partners buy voice from ₹1.50 per minute wholesale and set their own resale price. Indian retail voice AI clusters around ₹5 to ₹12 per minute all-in across published vendors, so partners typically price beneath the market and still keep well over half of every billed minute, plus whatever they charge for setup and management.
Do the agency's clients ever see Dvaarik?
Not on a connected white-label domain. Clients log in at the partner's domain with the partner's logo and colours, public pages carry the partner's name, and the chat widget loads from the partner's origin. The one shared element is the login OTP message, which uses the platform's sender.
Plain answers
What should a reseller know before starting?
A white-label AI receptionist platform is a multi-client system an agency can present under its own name, logo and domain while the underlying vendor runs the AI infrastructure. Dvaarik partners create client accounts, configure agents, allocate shared prepaid credit and set their own price book.
No. Partner signup and platform access cost ₹0. The wallet starts at ₹0 with no free trial; partners add fee-free prepaid credit from ₹500 and pay for actual usage, phone channels and the Social Plan when needed.
Your login domain, dashboard identity, client pages, widget origin and supported WhatsApp template footers can carry your brand. Login OTPs are delivered from the platform's shared sender, so that authentication message is not white-labelled.
You add the required DNS record and Dvaarik completes an operations step. It usually takes about a day once DNS is correct; it is not an instant toggle.
The default account starts with a 25-client cap and 5 concurrent calls. Ask Dvaarik to review higher limits as your deployment grows.
Yes. Partners set a price for each resellable voice grade and invoice clients outside Dvaarik. The console tracks notional usage margin; it does not collect your client payments.
The partner-resellable voice grades cover 23 languages: 22 Indian languages plus English. Individual voice availability depends on the selected grade.
