I started Dvaarik because I saw the same problem everywhere — businesses losing customers because no one was available to answer the phone. The local salon, the family clinic, the neighbourhood restaurant — all struggling with the same thing.
India’s diversity is its superpower, but it’s also a challenge for technology. A customer in Hyderabad texts in Telugu. A patient in Chennai calls in Tamil. A diner in Mumbai orders in Hinglish. We built AI that handles all of this natively — not through translation, but through real understanding.
