Do you have a free trial?
Not by default. All plans are paid from day one — they already start at ₹499/month which is cheaper than the cost of one missed customer. We do run a Pilot Program (30 days free, no credit card) for a small number of qualifying businesses each month — apply at /pilot.
Who qualifies for the Pilot Program?
We run a limited pilot to learn how businesses actually use the product. Priority goes to: active Indian service businesses with real customer volume, willingness to share feedback weekly during the pilot, and willingness to be featured as a case study if results are good. Apply at /pilot — approvals are manual.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I stop paying?
If a renewal fails, there's a 3-day grace period before service pauses. Your data, settings, and conversation history are preserved indefinitely — reactivate anytime by restarting your subscription.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods via Razorpay — UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and wallets. Subscriptions are auto-renewed monthly.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee, ever. Sign up, configure your business profile in 10 minutes, and your AI receptionist is live. We handle all the technical setup.
Does Dvaarik charge any commission on my customer payments?
No. Dvaarik charges 0% commission on customer payments — you keep 100%. You pick the mode: (a) Direct UPI deep link — customers pay straight to your UPI ID, ₹0 fees end-to-end, you just verify the UTR from your bank SMS and confirm. (b) Razorpay Route — fully automatic booking confirmation; Razorpay charges their standard ~2% gateway fee (for UPI/cards) which is kept by Razorpay, not Dvaarik. No hidden platform fee from us either way.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. Cancel from your dashboard at any time. Your service continues until the end of the current billing period. See our refund policy for details.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Not yet, but annual plans with a discount are coming soon. Currently all plans are billed monthly with no lock-in.
