Does Dvaarik take a commission on the payments I collect?
No. Every rupee lands directly in your own UPI or bank account. Dvaarik never holds or routes your money and takes zero commission on any payment, deposit, or due the agent collects. You only pay for usage: voice at ₹2 per minute and chat at ₹2 per conversation.
How does the agent actually send the payment link?
During a live WhatsApp chat or voice call, the agent shares your UPI payment link at the moment the customer is ready to pay, then confirms and records once it clears. For bookings it can require a deposit before locking the slot. For pending dues it calls the customer, restates the amount, and sends the link on the same conversation.
Will it call my customers about overdue payments?
Yes, politely and only your own customers, never cold or purchased lists. The agent identifies your business at the start, respects calling hours, states the amount and due date calmly, and sends the payment link on WhatsApp. It marks who paid so you only follow up with the ones who still need a nudge.
What languages can it collect in?
22 scheduled Indian languages plus English, and code-mixed Hinglish, Tenglish, or Tanglish, along with most world languages. A reminder call in the customer's own language gets paid far more often than a generic one.
Is there a subscription or setup fee?
There is no voice subscription on usage and setup is ₹0 for every business, with no conditions. You load prepaid credits — top-ups start at ₹500, with no minimum commitment — and pay ₹2 per minute for voice and ₹2 per conversation for chat. A phone line, if we supply one, is ₹1,500 per 30 days from credits with the number included.
How fast can it go live?
The same day you finish setup. Once you add your amounts, deposit rules, and payment account in the dashboard, you connect your channels, test real collections, and launch — then keep tuning recovery week by week, with help from the Dvaarik team whenever you want it.
