Concurrent Call Channel
A concurrent call channel is capacity for one live phone call at a time. Two simultaneous calls need two channels even when several phone numbers share the same account.
What does Concurrent Call Channel mean in practice?
Concurrency measures calls happening at the same moment, not the number of phone numbers or monthly minutes. One channel can serve several assigned numbers but can carry only one live call at a time; a second caller needs another channel or must wait, fail over or receive a callback. Live transfer also consumes two channels because the AI leg and human leg overlap. Dvaarik's partner phone product costs ₹1,000 per 30 days for one channel and includes up to three +91 numbers. Each extra channel costs ₹1,000 per 30 days.
Real example
A clinic has reception and campaign numbers on one channel. If reception is already on a live call when a campaign lead answers, the second live call needs another channel.

Missed Call Alert
A missed call alert notifies a business that an attempted phone call did not connect, usually with the caller's number and time, so someone can follow up. It records the attempt but does not answer the caller or capture why they called.
