Dvaarik vs Trikon
Trikon vs Dvaarik: ₹5/min vs ₹2/min
Trikon's ₹5/min self-serve voice agent against Dvaarik's ₹2/min finished agent. Trikon's rate excludes telephony and ours sits beside a ₹1,500/30-day phone line, so we run the landed maths below. Every Trikon figure was read on Trikon's own pages on 26 Jul 2026.
Direct SaaS setup fee is zero. Voice starts from ₹2/min. Partner wholesale rates are public.

Trikon and Dvaarik both answer Indian business calls with AI, and both bill per minute with no voice subscription, no minimum and no lock-in. The decision between them is not really about the per-minute number — it is about who does the work and what the rate covers. Trikon gives you a dashboard, a flat ₹5/min that bundles everything except the phone line, and asks you to bring or port your own telephony. Dvaarik gives you a finished agent generated from your business data, ₹2/min with the number and line on the same credit balance, and the surrounding workflow — outbound callbacks, WhatsApp, Instagram, booking and payment links — already wired in.
- Choose Trikon if you want to configure the agent yourself, especially if you already have a carrier account or an Indian number to port.
- Choose Dvaarik if you want the whole system in one product, with one balance and one invoice.
- Compare on landed cost, not headline rate: minutes plus number plus carrier plus GST plus anything you have to build yourself.

The verdict
What do the dated pages show?
Trikon publishes a flat ₹5 per minute for its AI voice agent, with no voice subscription and no setup fee — confirmed on trikon.tech/voice, /ai-voice-agent-india and /voice-pricing-comparison on 26 Jul 2026. Dvaarik's voice rate is ₹2 per minute from the very first minute, also with no voice subscription, no minimum volume and no lock-in. The two rates do not cover the same things, so here is the honest version. Trikon's ₹5/min bundles "platform, LLM, STT, TTS, recording, dashboard, transfer" but not the phone line: "Telephony/DID numbers are billed separately by your carrier." They will help you get a verified Indian DID or port an existing Exotel, Knowlarity or Servetel number, but the carrier bills you and no number price is published on their site. Dvaarik's number and one concurrent line are ₹1,500 per 30 days, debited from the same credit balance as your minutes — so a 500-minute month is ₹1,000 of voice plus ₹1,500 for the line, about ₹2,500, against Trikon's own published example of roughly ₹2,500 for 500 minutes plus whatever your carrier charges. At 5,000 minutes the same arithmetic on their published rate gives ₹25,000 plus carrier, against ₹11,500 with us. Two things cut the other way, and we will say them plainly: call recording is inside Trikon's flat rate where we add ₹0.10/min, and Trikon publishes a price-match promise — "Show us a lower like-for-like quote from any AI voice agent platform and we'll match or beat it." The bigger difference is what signup gives you. Trikon is a console you point at your knowledge — "Sign up, point it at your knowledge, pick a voice — and start taking calls today." Dvaarik generates the whole workflow — calls, WhatsApp follow-ups, Instagram replies, bookings and payment links — from the business data you add, live the same day you finish setup.
Verdict: Trikon suits a business that wants to start this afternoon without talking to anyone. Their own page says "Live in 5 minutes", the rate is published openly at ₹5/min flat, there is no setup fee, no minimum and no annual lock-in, and the bring-your-own-carrier model suits teams already running Twilio, Plivo or Exotel — they will also port an existing Indian number or take SIP trunking off a PRI line. They publish a price-match promise, so if the per-minute number is the only thing you care about, take our ₹2/min to them and see what they say. It is a genuinely transparent product and its rate is published openly, which is more than most of this market manages. Dvaarik suits a business that does not want to configure prompts or telephony: you sign up, add your business data, and the agent goes live the same day at ₹2/min with the number, WhatsApp, Instagram, booking and payment links already wired in. If you have a carrier account you want to keep, Trikon is the natural fit. If you want the phone line on the same balance as the minutes, that is what we do.
| Feature | Dvaarik AI | Trikon |
|---|---|---|
| Published voice rate | ₹2/min on the Bharat Essential tier — our permanent base rate, not an introductory discount, with simple per-minute billing (whole minutes, the telecom standard). Standard ₹2.50/min, Studio HD ₹4/min, global voices ₹4–5/min where you need them. Call recording is +₹0.10/min on top. | ₹5/min flat. "Flat per-minute pricing. No monthly subscription. Billed only for live call minutes." The rate covers "platform, LLM, STT, TTS, recording, dashboard, transfer" — recording is included, telephony is not. Read on trikon.tech/voice, /ai-voice-agent-india and /voice-pricing-comparison, 26 Jul 2026. |
| Subscription required to start | None. Prepaid credits only — one balance for voice, chat and the number. | None. "no voice subscription. No hidden fees. Pay only for the minutes you use." Their comparison table lists their own platform/subscription fee as "None". |
| Minimum volume and lock-in | No minimum volume, no contract. Credits never expire; at zero balance everything pauses rather than billing you. | No minimum volume published. "₹5/minute of live call, no voice subscription. No setup fees. No annual lock-in. No surprises." Their FAQ adds "no per-seat charges, no annual contracts." |
| Setup fee | ₹0 — self-serve signup, no setup fee, no conditions. | None published. "No setup fees" appears on the voice page, the India voice page and in their FAQ. They also state "No professional services contract required." |
| Money needed to begin | None required to sign up. Load credits when you are ready — top-ups from ₹500; the phone line debits ₹1,500 per 30 days once you take one. | No published minimum. You pay for the minutes you use, plus whatever your own carrier charges. Nothing down before you see it work. |
| Telephony and the phone number | One concurrent call line at ₹1,500 per 30 days, includes the number (up to 3 numbers per line), auto-debited from the same credits as your minutes — one balance, one invoice, a published price. | Not inside the ₹5/min: "Telephony/DID numbers are billed separately by your carrier", and their table reads "Bring your own (Twilio/Plivo/Exotel)". They will get you a verified Indian DID or port an existing Exotel / Knowlarity / Servetel number, and support SIP trunking off a PRI line — but the carrier bills you separately and no number price is published on their site. |
| Who builds the agent | The platform does — the agent is generated from your vertical and dashboard data, live the same day you finish setup. Optional help from the Dvaarik team. | You do. "Sign up, point it at your knowledge, pick a voice — and start taking calls today. No code, no AI team, no setup fees." They publish "Live in 5 minutes" for a first agent and same-day setup, with custom CRM integration typically 2–3 working days. |
| Indian languages | All 22 scheduled Indian languages plus code-mixed speech — Hinglish, Tenglish, Tanglish — on the ₹2/min base tier. | The India page names 11 with their regions: English (Indian accent), Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali, Punjabi, Odia — "auto-detects the caller's language and switches mid-call". The comparison page says "included free — 10+ languages"; the generic /voice page says "English, Hindi, Kannada, Spanish, Arabic and 30+ more", so they are broader outside India. |
| Outbound and speed-to-lead | Ad and form leads called back within about 60 seconds, plus scheduled campaign boards over your own lead lists — ready in the dashboard, with optional help from the Dvaarik team. Your own leads only, calling hours respected, the agent identifies your business. | Published, and at the same 60 seconds: their edtech use case reads "Call every demo signup within 60 seconds." Their FAQ adds "The agent runs outbound campaigns from a CSV or your CRM" with "TRAI-aware collections with calling-hour and DND rules built-in". This is parity on the promise — the difference is who configures and tunes it. |
| Part of the build, from your own WhatsApp Business number, with no separate monthly plan. Meta bills your own account directly and Dvaarik adds zero markup — you can check it on your own Meta invoice. Coexistence included: when you reply by hand, the AI steps aside. | A separate product on its own monthly plan. Starter ₹1,500/mo (card shows ₹2,500 struck through, "Limited-time offer"). Pro is published two ways on the same page — the plan card says ₹5,000/mo against ₹8,000, while their own FAQ and structured data say ₹3,200/mo — so we cannot tell you which is current. Pro add-ons: chatbot ₹2,500/mo, coexistence ₹2,500/mo, CRM ₹800/user/mo. Messages are "billed straight at Meta's rate" with "No markup". | |
| Instagram, booking and payments | One brain across channels: Instagram DM auto-replies and per-post comment-to-DM rules, slot-locking bookings with WhatsApp reminders, and payment links sent inside the conversation with no commission taken by us. | Not published on the voice or WhatsApp pages we checked. Their voice agent lists CRM, calendar and WhatsApp follow-up integrations; their WhatsApp Pro plan lists click-to-WhatsApp ads, broadcasting and a CSV campaign scheduler. |
| Billing clarity | Rupee billing on one balance — the exact top-up amount is shown before you pay, and every debit is itemised in the dashboard. | Bills in rupees with a GST invoice: "INR-native billing with GST invoice — no USD/FX surprises", and their FAQ promises "a proper GST invoice — no FX conversion, no international card surcharges, and full input-tax credit for Indian businesses". On the pages we read on 26 Jul 2026, whether the ₹5/min itself is inclusive or exclusive of GST is not stated. |
Pick Dvaarik when
You want the full platform
- You want ₹2/min from the very first minute, with zero setup fee, no voice subscription, no minimum volume and no lock-in.
- You would rather have the number, the minutes and the chat on one credit balance at a published price than manage a separate carrier account and a separate carrier bill.
- You want the agent generated from your business data, not a dashboard you have to prompt and babysit.
- Your customers code-mix — Hinglish, Tenglish, Tanglish — and you want all 22 scheduled Indian languages on the base rate.
- You want WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, comment-to-DM rules, bookings and payment links coming from the same agent as your calls — one Social Plan at ₹1,500 per 30 days covers WhatsApp and Instagram together.
- You run Meta or Google ads and want the whole speed-to-lead loop — the callback, the lead sheet, the WhatsApp follow-up — wired together for you rather than assembled from a CSV upload and an API.
- You want to talk to the Dvaarik team directly instead of filing a ticket.
Consider Trikon when
You need a narrower tool
- You want the fastest possible first agent. Trikon publishes "Live in 5 minutes" — sign up, point it at your website, FAQs or PDFs, pick a voice, assign a number. Dvaarik setup usually takes longer, because the agent is generated from real business data you add: services, hours, staff, knowledge.
- You already run Twilio, Plivo or Exotel with rates you have negotiated, or you have an Indian number you want to keep. Trikon's bring-your-own-telephony model lets you keep that stack, and they publish number porting from major Indian cloud telephony providers plus SIP trunking off a PRI line. We supply the number inside the ₹1,500 per 30 days line.
- You want a single flat all-in rate with no separate line items: their ₹5/min bundles everything except telephony, while ours splits usage (₹2/min) from the ₹1,500 phone line.
- You need languages beyond India. Trikon's voice page lists English, Hindi, Kannada, Spanish, Arabic "and 30+ more". Our ₹2/min base tier is built for Indian languages; global voices sit at ₹4–5/min.
- Call recording is inside Trikon's flat rate — their comparison page lists "platform, LLM, STT, TTS, recording, dashboard, transfer" in the ₹5/min. We charge ₹0.10/min extra for recording.
- Trikon publishes a price-match promise: "Show us a lower like-for-like quote from any AI voice agent platform and we'll match or beat it." If the per-minute number is the only axis you are deciding on, take our ₹2/min to them and hold them to it — that is a fair use of this page.
- You want one vendor for a cloud business phone system and a WhatsApp platform your own team administers, with a shared inbox and unlimited seats. Trikon sells those as products alongside the voice agent; we do not sell a phone system at all, and our WhatsApp comes as part of a build rather than as software you run.
