Partner Console
A partner console is the reseller's administrative workspace for creating client businesses, applying branding, monitoring usage, managing limits, and operating services.
What does Partner Console mean in practice?
The partner console is separate from an end client's workspace. It gives the reseller a portfolio view across client businesses and controls that clients should not have, such as creating tenants, tracking the wholesale wallet, setting access and applying brand configuration. A useful console also shows usage and operational status without exposing unrelated clients to one another. In Dvaarik, new partners can create up to 25 client businesses by default and run up to five concurrent calls by default; higher limits can be requested as the portfolio grows.
Real example
An agency signs into the console, adds a salon client, selects its voice grade, configures services and rules, then invites the salon into its branded client workspace.
