Dvaarik vs ManyChat
ManyChat vs Dvaarik: $14/mo USD vs ₹2/min
ManyChat is a self-serve DM automation tool you set up yourself, billed per Active Contact per month and published in US dollars only. Dvaarik is a self-serve AI agent that also answers the phone, billed at ₹2 per minute in rupees. The overlap is real but narrower than the search results suggest, and for a small Instagram-led brand ManyChat may simply be the better buy. Every ManyChat figure below was read on manychat.com or help.manychat.com on 30 Jul 2026.

Two different questions land on this page and they have different answers. The first is "I keep losing DMs" — somebody comments a keyword under a reel and nobody sends them anything, an Instagram enquiry sits unread until Monday, a WhatsApp thread goes cold. That is exactly what ManyChat sells, self-serve, and their Free plan lets you try it for $0 with no card. The second question is "the phone rings and nobody answers it" — ad enquiries going cold before anyone calls back, calls after 8pm, a booking that needs a deposit taken. That is what we build, and it is the part ManyChat does not do at all: their own product navigation lists exactly five products — Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, TikTok and Manychat AI — and the channel list on their pricing page is Instagram, Facebook Messenger, TikTok, Telegram, WhatsApp, SMS and Email, with no voice or telephony channel anywhere on it. The second thing worth knowing before you compare rupees to dollars is that there is no rupee to compare. We loaded manychat.com/pricing from an Indian connection on 30 Jul 2026 and it still rendered US dollars; the page contains no rupee glyph and no INR price token, and its only selector is a language selector offering English, Spanish and Portuguese, not a currency one. Their own footnote reads: "Prices do not include tax. The price is determined by the user's billing country. The final price can be seen on the purchase page before payment is completed." Their help centre adds a caveat in the same direction: "Plan availability may vary by region, so we recommend visiting our Pricing page to see which options are currently offered in your area." So ManyChat has a price, it is a small one, and an Indian buyer cannot see the final rupee amount until checkout.
- Choose ManyChat if the job is Instagram, Messenger or TikTok DM automation that you configure yourself, you are comfortable paying in dollars, and you want to be running tonight for $0.
- Choose Dvaarik if the job includes the phone — calls answered after hours, an ad enquiry called back in about 60 seconds — and you want one agent covering voice, WhatsApp, Instagram, bookings and payment links, configured from your business data and billed in rupees.
- Compare the unit, not just the number. ManyChat bills per Active Contact per month, so the bill follows how many people you engaged. We bill ₹2 per minute of voice and ₹2 per chat conversation, so the bill follows how much actually happened. Neither unit is cheaper in general — they are cheaper at different shapes of demand.

The verdict
What do the dated pages show?
ManyChat's published lineup on 30 Jul 2026 is Free $0, Essential $14/mo, Pro $29/mo, Business $69/mo and Advanced $139/mo, with annual billing at $168, $348, $828 and $1,668 a year — all read on manychat.com/pricing. Every one of those is a US dollar figure, and that is the first thing an Indian buyer needs to know. Loaded from an Indian connection on the same day, the page still rendered USD: there is no rupee glyph and no INR price anywhere in it, and the page's only selector is a language selector (English, Spanish, Portuguese) rather than a currency one. Their own footnote reads: "Prices do not include tax. The price is determined by the user's billing country. The final price can be seen on the purchase page before payment is completed." We are not going to convert those dollars into rupees for you with an exchange rate we picked ourselves, and we would treat any page that does with suspicion. What ManyChat sells inside those plans is genuinely good and genuinely cheap: DM automation across a closed channel list of Instagram, Facebook Messenger, TikTok, Telegram, WhatsApp, SMS and Email, set up by you, with a Free tier that includes 25 Active Contacts a month, any 2 channels from Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Messenger or Telegram, up to 4 active automations, 1 user and 1 Inbox seat. Their paid plans carry a 14-day trial on Essential and Pro, and from Essential upward the plan cards read "No Manychat branding" and "Unlimited custom automations". For an Instagram-led brand whose whole problem is comment-to-DM, that is a very hard offer to beat and we are not going to pretend otherwise. The thing it does not do is the thing we are built around. It does not do voice: ManyChat publishes no voice-calling product and lists no telephony channel, and a scan of their pricing page text for "voice" and "call" on 30 Jul 2026 returned nothing. Dvaarik is the other shape. One agent per business — configured automatically from your vertical and the data you add in the dashboard, live the same day you finish setup — answers the phone 24/7, calls a new ad enquiry back within about 60 seconds, replies on WhatsApp from your own number and on Instagram DMs, locks a booking slot and sends a payment link mid-conversation, across all 22 scheduled Indian languages plus code-mixed Hinglish, Tenglish and Tanglish. We charge ₹2 per minute of voice from the very first minute and ₹2 per chat conversation, from one prepaid credit balance with no voice subscription, no minimum volume and no lock-in. Setup is ₹0 — you sign up at app.dvaarik.com/login and the agent is configured automatically from your business vertical and the data you add in the dashboard. The real decision here is not which company is better. It is whether you are buying DM automation priced per contact per month, or a whole conversation handled — phone included — priced per minute.
Verdict: If your business runs on Instagram and the thing you are losing is DMs, buy ManyChat. That is the honest recommendation and it costs us nothing to say it. Their Free plan is $0 with 25 Active Contacts a month, any 2 channels from Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Messenger or Telegram, and up to 4 active automations — you can find out this evening whether automated DM replies change anything for you, without a card, a call or a build. Essential is $14/mo with 250 Active Contacts, unlimited custom automations and no ManyChat branding, and Pro is $29/mo with 2,500 and the first tier where WhatsApp becomes available; both carry a 14-day trial. If your monthly volume is a few hundred DMs and no phone calls, their Free plan answers the question for nothing, and we would rather you take it. Buy Dvaarik when the phone is part of the problem, because that is where the comparison stops being a comparison. ManyChat publishes no voice-calling product and lists no telephony channel — their five products are Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, TikTok and Manychat AI, and there is no voice or phone option in their channel list. So if your actual leak is the call that rang out at 9pm, the ad enquiry nobody rang back for two days, the walk-in who wanted to book on the phone and gave up, no ManyChat plan at any price fixes it. We do: ₹2 per minute from the very first minute, zero setup fee, no voice subscription, no minimum volume, no lock-in, in rupees, on a page you can read without giving us your email. The second reason to pick us is that nobody hands you a flow builder. You pick your business vertical, add your services and knowledge in the dashboard, and the agent is configured automatically — with optional help from the Dvaarik team if you want it done with you. The third is language: all 22 scheduled Indian languages plus code-mixed speech on the base rate, which matters when your customers switch mid-sentence. The fourth is that we sell in your currency. We will not claim to be the cheapest — several vendors advertise headline rates at or below ours, and on the first few hundred DMs a month ManyChat is dramatically cheaper than we are. What we claim is the terms and the scope: ₹2/min from the first minute, no plan, no lock-in, and the phone included.
| Feature | Dvaarik AI | ManyChat |
|---|---|---|
| What you are actually buying | One AI agent for your business, working across voice calls, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, bookings and payment links as a single brain. There is no flow builder to learn: you sign up, pick your vertical, add your services and knowledge in one dashboard, and the agent is configured automatically — live the same day you finish setup, with optional help from the Dvaarik team. | A self-serve messaging automation platform that you set up yourself. Their own product navigation lists five products — Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, TikTok and Manychat AI — plus a page for agencies, and their pricing page's channel list is Instagram, Facebook Messenger, TikTok, Telegram, WhatsApp, SMS and Email. Self-serve is the design rather than a limitation: the Free plan's support line reads, verbatim, "Self-serve Support". Read on manychat.com and manychat.com/pricing, 30 Jul 2026. |
| Voice calls and the phone | The core of what we do, and the whole reason this comparison exists. ₹2/min — our permanent base rate for voice, not an introductory discount, with simple per-minute billing on whole minutes. A phone line is ₹1,500 per 30 days per concurrent call line, includes the number (up to 3 numbers per line), and is auto-debited from the same credits. The agent answers inbound 24/7 and calls a new enquiry back in about 60 seconds. Higher-fidelity and international voice tiers exist and are listed on our pricing page; ₹2/min is the rate that applies to a normal Indian business. | Not a product they sell. ManyChat publishes no voice-calling product and lists no telephony channel: the five products in their own navigation are Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, TikTok and Manychat AI, their published channel list contains no voice or phone option, and a scan of manychat.com/pricing for the words "voice" and "call" on 30 Jul 2026 returned zero hits in the page text. The only occurrences of "voice" we found on their homepage and AI page are metaphorical — "can it mimic my voice?" and "Make more connections without losing your voice." That is what their published pages show, not a statement about what they may build later. |
| The price an Indian buyer can actually read | Published in rupees, on the site, with no form: ₹2/min voice (Bharat Essential; Standard ₹2.50, Studio HD ₹4, Premium ₹5), ₹2 per chat conversation, ₹1,500 per 30 days per concurrent phone line with the number included, Social Plan ₹1,500 per 30 days for WhatsApp and Instagram, and ₹0 setup. | US dollars only. Loaded from an Indian connection on 30 Jul 2026, manychat.com/pricing still rendered USD; the page carries no rupee glyph and no INR price token, and its only selector is a language selector offering English, Spanish and Portuguese — there is no currency selector. Their footnote reads: "Prices do not include tax. The price is determined by the user's billing country. The final price can be seen on the purchase page before payment is completed." Their help centre adds: "Plan availability may vary by region, so we recommend visiting our Pricing page to see which options are currently offered in your area." Both sides therefore quote before tax; the difference is that their rupee number only exists at checkout. |
| What the meter counts | Minutes and conversations. ₹2 for each minute the agent actually speaks, ₹2 per chat conversation on a 24-hour window, drawn from one prepaid balance. The bill follows how much happened, so a busy month costs more and a dead month costs almost nothing. | People. ManyChat bills per Active Contact per month, with allowances of 25 on Free, 250 on Essential, 2,500 on Pro, 7,500 on Business and 25,000 on Advanced, "then pay per contact". Their own blog states the logic plainly: "Pricing is now tied to the people you actually engage with each month, not your total stored contact list." Their help centre confirms the reset: Active Contacts are "calculated on a monthly basis, even if you're on an annual plan. Your Active Contact count resets at the start of each billing cycle." Neither unit is better in the abstract, and on one common pattern theirs is clearly kinder: a loyal customer who messages you every single week is one Active Contact in each of those months for them, and roughly fifty-two chat conversations for us. |
| What a quiet month costs | Low. Credits never expire and at a zero balance everything pauses gracefully rather than billing you, so unused voice minutes cost nothing. The only fixed debits are the things you have switched on: ₹1,500 per 30 days for a phone line, and ₹1,500 per 30 days for the Social Plan if you run WhatsApp and Instagram. | Zero, if you stay on Free. $0 with 25 Active Contacts a month is a real floor, and even Essential at $14/mo is a smaller fixed monthly commitment than ours in any currency. On this line they win outright, and it is the single most sensible reason to try them before you talk to anyone about a build. |
| Money needed to begin | ₹0. Signup is self-serve and free, with no conditions attached. You load prepaid credits when you are ready — top-ups from ₹500, no minimum commitment — and the only recurring debits are the ones you switch on: ₹1,500 per 30 days for a phone line, ₹1,500 per 30 days for the Social Plan. | Nothing. There is a $0 Free plan with 25 Active Contacts a month, 2 channels, up to 4 active automations, 1 user and 1 Inbox seat, and the cheapest paid step up is $14/mo — with a 14-day trial on it, since the Essential and Pro cards both read "TRY 14 DAYS FOR FREE". No setup fee appears anywhere on their pricing page. If the question is "how little can I spend to find out whether DM automation helps my business", their answer is better than ours by a wide margin. |
| Who builds it, and who changes it when it is wrong | Nobody hands you a flow builder. You pick your business vertical, add services, staff and knowledge in one dashboard, and the agent is configured automatically from that data — changing its behaviour means editing your business data, not redrawing flows. Optional help from the Dvaarik team if you want the setup done with you. | You do. That is the product: you connect channels, build the automations and maintain them, within the caps of your tier. On Free that is "Basic automations (up to 4 active automations)" and one login — "Includes login access for 1 person (you)" — while Essential at $14/mo already reads "Unlimited custom automations" and 2 users, so the automation cap is a Free-plan limit rather than a ManyChat limit. For a solo founder who enjoys building flows, self-serve is a feature, not a gap. For an owner who has no intention of learning a flow builder and whose logic is unusual — deposit rules, slot-locking against a real calendar, qualification questions that only make sense in one trade — it is the whole problem. |
| Instagram automation | Part of one agent rather than a separate tool: instant DM replies in your brand voice and per-post comment-to-DM rules, under the Social Plan at ₹1,500 per 30 days, in Indian languages, and able to hand the same customer to a phone call, a booking or a payment link without you rebuilding anything. You can message our live Instagram demo agent before you buy and watch it work. | Their flagship, and cheap. Instagram is the first product in their own navigation and one of the channels available even on the $0 Free plan, where you may "Connect any 2 channels and choose from: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Messenger or Telegram" with up to 4 active automations. If Instagram DM automation is the entire job, this is a strong, low-cost, immediately available answer and we would not try to talk you out of it. Exactly which Instagram triggers sit in which tier is on their Instagram product page, which we did not audit — we are only publishing what we confirmed on their pricing and help pages. |
| From your own WhatsApp Business number, with coexistence — the owner keeps using his own WhatsApp app, and when he replies by hand the AI steps aside. Confirmations, reminders, payment links and template campaigns over your lead sheet. Meta bills your own account directly and Dvaarik adds zero markup, which you can verify on your own Meta invoice. | Available, but not on the cheap tiers. WhatsApp is in their channel list, and their help centre states of the Free plan: "Note that the following channels are not available on the Free plan: WhatsApp, SMS, Email." It first appears at Pro, $29/mo, where the card reads "Connect any 3 channels, select from: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Messenger, Whatsapp, Telegram, SMS and Email." We did not verify how Meta's own conversation charges are handled on their side, so ask them that directly before you compare landed cost. | |
| Indian languages and code-mixed speech | All 22 scheduled Indian languages plus code-mixed Hinglish, Tenglish and Tanglish on the ₹2/min base rate, with global voices available where a business genuinely takes international calls. We will run a real call in your language mix before you commit rather than asking you to trust a number on a page. | Not something we could confirm, and we are not going to guess. The only language information published on the pricing page is the interface language selector — English, Spanish and Portuguese. That is the language of their product, not a statement about what your customers can be replied to in, and text automation is a different problem from speech anyway. If your DMs come in Telugu or Marathi, ask them to show you before you buy. |
| Branding on your messages | None, on any channel, at any price. The agent answers as your business, in your business's name and voice, and nothing anywhere says Dvaarik. | On the Free plan only, and they disclose it on the card. The Free tier lists "Manychat branding", with the card's own note reading: "Powered by Manychat" text appears the first time you message a contact. Every paid tier from Essential at $14/mo upward reads "No Manychat branding", so $14/mo removes it — this is a Free-plan trade-off, not a ManyChat-wide one, and we would rather state that plainly than leave the impression it costs more to fix than it does. Read on manychat.com/pricing, 30 Jul 2026. |
| Channels we do not have | Narrower on paper. We do voice, WhatsApp, Instagram and the website widget. We do not do TikTok, Telegram, SMS blasts or email marketing, and we would rather say that than stretch the word "omnichannel" over things we have not built. | Broader. Their published channel list is Instagram, Facebook Messenger, TikTok, Telegram, WhatsApp, SMS and Email, with access tiered — "Connect up to 2 eligible channels" on Free and Essential, "up to 3" on Pro, and "Connect all eligible channels" on Business and Advanced. The higher tiers also carry published email-send allowances. If your audience actually lives on TikTok or Telegram, or you want DM automation and email in one tool, that is a real advantage and nothing we sell replaces it. |
| Bookings, deposits and payments in the conversation | Built in. The agent locks a real calendar slot, sends WhatsApp confirmations and reminders, and can send a payment link mid-conversation for a deposit or a full payment, with no commission taken by us. It works the same way whether the customer arrived by phone, WhatsApp or Instagram. | Outside what we verified. What ManyChat publishes is a channel list — Instagram, Facebook Messenger, TikTok, Telegram, WhatsApp, SMS and Email — and plan allowances measured in Active Contacts. What the product does inside those channels for calendars, deposits and payments is not something we confirmed on their own pages, so ask them rather than take our word for it, and treat any comparison table that answers this with a tick or a cross as unsourced. |
| How stable the price is, and how easy it is to check | ₹2/min is our permanent base rate for voice, not an introductory offer, and it is published on the site rather than behind a form. When something changes we change the page. | Recently changed, and internally inconsistent on two figures. Their help centre states three separate times that the current model "was introduced on March 2, 2026", and adds a caveat that matters if you already have an account: "For now, these plans are available to accounts created on or after March 2, 2026." Their own blog post about the change, dated 20 Apr 2026, works through an example priced at "Essential $17/month", while the live pricing page reads "$14/mo". Their pricing page also puts the Advanced overage at $0.004 per extra contact while their help centre says "Advanced: Custom overage pricing". We cite the pricing page and date-stamp it, because their prices have moved at least once since March and a figure without a date is not a figure. |
| Support when it breaks at 2am | Small-company support. You reach the Dvaarik team directly, and managed support is optional — talk to us. There is no public help centre, no ticket queue, no rota and no SLA document. For some buyers that is exactly right; for others it is disqualifying, and we would rather they find that out here. | Tiered, published, and backed by documentation you can read without waiting for anyone. The plan cards read "Self-serve Support" on Free, "Email Support" on Essential and Pro, and "Priority Support" on Business and Advanced. They also run a public help centre — the articles we quoted throughout this page on the Free plan, Active Contacts and billing all come from it. Being able to search an answer at 2am is something a small company cannot match. |
Pick Dvaarik when
You want the full platform
- The phone is part of the problem. ManyChat publishes no voice-calling product and lists no telephony channel, so no plan at any price answers a call that rang out at 9pm or rings a new ad enquiry back in 60 seconds. If that is your leak, this is not a close comparison — it is a different product category.
- You want a price in rupees you can read before you commit. ₹2/min from the very first minute, ₹2 per chat conversation, zero setup fee, no voice subscription, no minimum volume, no lock-in, published on the site. ManyChat publishes USD only, and their own footnote says the final price depends on your billing country and appears at the purchase page.
- Your workflow is unusual. Deposit rules, slot-locking against a real calendar, qualification logic that only makes sense in your trade, a lead sheet filled a particular way — the platform treats these as business data and settings, not flows you have to draw, and the Dvaarik team can help you set them up.
- Your customers code-mix. All 22 scheduled Indian languages plus Hinglish, Tenglish and Tanglish on the ₹2/min base rate, demonstrated on a real call in your language mix before you pay anything.
- You want one agent, not one tool per channel. The same brain answers the phone, replies on WhatsApp from your own number, handles Instagram DMs and comment-to-DM rules, books the slot and sends the payment link, and the context carries across all of it.
- You want WhatsApp without a tier gate or a markup. WhatsApp is part of the product from your own business number with coexistence, and Meta bills your own account directly with zero markup added by us. On ManyChat, WhatsApp is unavailable on Free and first appears at Pro, $29/mo.
- Your volume is spiky or seasonal. Credits never expire and there is no monthly floor on usage, so a dead month costs almost nothing beyond the phone line.
- You want to be live without learning a tool. Setup is picking your vertical and adding your business data — the agent is generated from it, live the same day you finish — and the Dvaarik team is reachable directly when you want help.
Consider ManyChat when
You need a narrower tool
- Your problem is Instagram DMs and nothing else. This is the most likely honest answer for a small creator-led or D2C brand, and their Free plan lets you test it for $0 with 25 Active Contacts a month, any 2 channels from Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Messenger or Telegram, and up to 4 active automations. Spend nothing, find out tonight. If it works, $14/mo buys you 250 Active Contacts, unlimited custom automations and no ManyChat branding.
- You want usage included for free while you experiment. Their Free plan includes 25 Active Contacts a month at $0; Dvaarik's signup is also free, but there are no free credits — usage costs money from the first minute. If you are not yet sure automation helps your business at all, their free tier is the cheaper way to find out.
- You want to try the paid tiers before paying. Their Essential and Pro cards both read "TRY 14 DAYS FOR FREE", so the two tiers most small businesses would actually buy can be tested for a fortnight at no cost. We have no equivalent — we start with a conversation and a build.
- Your whole job is DM flows and you enjoy building them. Their flow builder is mature, documented and battle-tested for exactly that; our dashboard configures an agent from business data rather than giving you a canvas to design flows on.
- Contact-based pricing suits your traffic better than usage-based pricing. If the same customers come back to you constantly, they cost ManyChat nothing extra after the first engagement that month — a weekly regular is one Active Contact per month for them and roughly fifty-two chat conversations for us. Run your own repeat rate through both units before deciding.
- You want a predictable, flat monthly bill. $14, $29, $69 or $139 a month with a published per-contact overage is easy to put in a budget. Usage-based billing is not: our bill moves with your call volume, and a genuinely busy month costs you more.
- Your audience is on TikTok, Telegram, SMS or email. Their channel list covers all seven — Instagram, Facebook Messenger, TikTok, Telegram, WhatsApp, SMS and Email — with all channels unlocked from Business at $69/mo. We do not sell TikTok, Telegram, SMS or email automation at all, so on that job we are not a cheaper option, we are the wrong one.
- You are running many client accounts as an agency. They publish a dedicated for-agencies product and tiers built around scale — Advanced is $139/mo with 25,000 Active Contacts included, 10 users and shared team Inbox assignments. We build one agent for one business at a time and cannot serve that shape at all.
- You want a support library rather than a person. A public help centre with detailed, current articles on plans, Active Contacts and billing means you can answer your own question at 2am, and paid tiers carry "Email Support" or "Priority Support" on the card. A small company cannot offer that.
